Abhiyan Nepal (Campaign Nepal), a non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2008, is committed to delivering integrated community development services to hard-to-reach communities, transforming lives and fostering sustainable growth.
The organization is currently implementing the project “Sustainable Accessibility, Quality, and Governance in Education through Community Engagement” in Paroha Municipality, Madhav Narayan Municipality, and Durga Bhagwati Rural Municipality of Rautahat district, Madhesh Province, Nepal.
Purpose of the Bid
This invitation aims to hire education experts to develop informative materials, including a short video, informational stickers, and leaflets. These materials are designed to educate community members on critical issues and the potential impact of local education policies. Furthermore, the resources will clarify legislative processes, empowering communities to advocate for municipal policies that align with their needs and priorities.
Scope of Work
The education expert will be responsible for developing three types of materials:
- Short Video: Content should be clear, visually engaging, and tailored to diverse audiences.
- Informative Stickers: Concise, impactful visuals with straightforward messages for widespread understanding.
- Leaflets: Comprehensive yet user-friendly information on educational topics, presented in an accessible format.
Timeline and Activities
The following table outlines the activities and timeline for the development of the materials:

The materials must be completed by 25 December 2024.
Submission Details
A complete set of bid documents and submission guidelines can be obtained from Abhiyan Nepal’s official website or via email during office hours starting from 27 November 2024. Interested education experts must submit a written application to the address or email provided below.
Submission Deadline:
Complete bid documents, including a CV and price list, must be submitted by 4 December 2024 (17:00 NST).
Required Documents:
- Company registration and updated renewal certificate
- VAT/PAN registration certificate
- Recent tax clearance certificate
- Self-declaration letter
- Completed bid form with an authorized signature and official stamp

Bid Submission Method:
